Information you enter

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, event type, preferred date and time, party size, location, and optional comments. Share only the information needed to discuss your event. Dietary preferences can be discussed without providing a medical history.

Your draft stays on the page

Review your inquiry creates an email draft in your browser. The website does not submit that draft to NDF, store it in an inquiry database, or confirm a booking. Its form code does not save your draft in cookies or browser storage. Your browser may separately offer autofill or restore page contents.

Copy inquiry places the draft on your device’s clipboard. Open email app passes the draft and NDF’s booking address to your chosen email application, where you decide whether to send it. Your email provider may save drafts before you send them. If you use a browser assistant to fill the form, that assistant’s own privacy settings also apply.

Contacting NDF

If you send an email or call, you provide your information directly to NDF and the communication providers involved. Your inquiry gives the team the details needed to respond about availability, menus, dietary preferences, and event arrangements. Preparing a draft on this website does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Hosting and website access

This site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and access services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requests, and sign-in information to deliver and protect the site. These services have their own privacy terms. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for its practices.

The website’s application code does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or a form-submission service. Images and fonts are served with the site. This does not mean that hosting or authentication services operate without logs or cookies.

VIP requests and press video

The VIP form prepares a request in your browser. It does not subscribe you automatically or store your details on our server. Your email application receives the request only when you choose to open it; NDF confirms signup after you send. The Press page loads a YouTube video only after you press play. YouTube then receives technical information needed to deliver the video and its own privacy terms apply.

Retention and your choices

This application does not keep a server-side copy of your inquiry draft. You can edit or clear the fields before sending, close the page, and clear copied text from your clipboard. Copies in an email app, sent messages, and hosting records are governed by the relevant recipient or provider’s retention practices; this website does not set a retention period for those records.

For information sent to NDF, contact the team to ask about access, correction, deletion, or retention. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. Requests concerning hosting or account information should be directed to the relevant provider through its privacy channels.
