WHAT WE DO

We start with a simple question. "What would you like to eat tonight"? Depending on your answer, we build a customized menu to your liking, and take care of the rest. We'll do all the prep and finish the cooking at your house. The experience becomes the ultimate interactive in-home dining experience. Then we clean up the mess so you can have more fun enjoying the party. One of our passions is sharing with others that you don't have to sacrifice flavor and your social life to eat well and feel sexy. We specialize in seasonal farm to table ingredients, as well as dietary restrictions, especially the following: FODMAP, gluten free, dairy free, AIP and anti-inflammatory diets.

We realize that when you go to a restaurant you hardly see behind the scenes of what goes on in the kitchen. With our events we break down that barrier and bring our clients right into the action. If you want to brush up on your cooking skills or learn new ways to plate dishes we are here to help and love it when our clients get involved.

IT'S YOUR EVENT

No matter the occasion we come prepared to inspire. For our corporate clients we provide elevated breakfast and lunch for executive meetings as well as team building cooking classes. For our private clients we prepare experiences for small to medium sized events such as bachelorette, engagements and birthdays.

Ryan Van Voorhis

Ryan moved to the Windy City from Central Illinois in 2003 to pursue a Master's Degree in Social Work. He has over ten years of experience with DCFS in child abuse and neglect, and worked with residents at the Juvenile Detention Center of Cook County in crisis intervention. In addition to graduate school, Ryan was entranced by Chicago's culture and food scene, inspiring him to further develop his skills in the kitchen. While continuing to dedicate his professional career to helping serve those in need, it translates excellently into the dining experience he provides. His attention to detail and passion for others is evident in the entire dining experience. From forming immediate connections with his guests, to planning and plating thoughtful meals, the entire dining experience is elevated.
