Our menus change seasonally, and reflect the best local flavors we can find. We offer three types of customizable experiences: seated, communal, and cooking classes. Our seated six course dinner is our flagship offering, by far what most clients choose. It has the broadest range of food, and a few premium protein choices. Our communal experiences are usually served in a more family style manner, and is generally what we do for our happy hour and brunch events. Cooking classes usually involve some family style food preparations for guests, as well as a hands on cooking portion. Guests will learn about sourcing, cooking technique and plating, and will feast on delicious dishes prepared by the group. Please inquire for more info about cooking classes.
