Sea Bass or Braised Beef

Choose from two main proteins. Wabash and co. Sea bass is amazing, beautifully flaky and clean. We braise it in dashi, and pan sear it, with green lentils and buerre Blanc. Our braised beef is USDA prime, braised for 24 hours in dashi till it's unbelievably tender. Served over brown sugar sweet potato mash and chimichurri
