--If you've ever been to Nobu, you might have had a dish like this. Fresh black cod is marinated in sake and mirin and roasted. It's sweet, savory and wonderful. We pair it with lightly pickled green apples, and sautéed mustard greens.

Roasted Salmon
-maple cayenne glaze, braised French lentils
--A sweet and slightly spicy glaze covers rich salmon filets, served over lentils to soak up all the juices. A simple yet delicious dish that even non fish eaters can get behind.
